I’m the same way This is my scary quilter costume Halloween shirt. I’m fully rested with only 6 hours of sleep. Since becoming a mom and starting my regular 5 days a week workout routine I naturally wake up around 5 am each morning and fall asleep around 10 PM each night. The definitely wasn’t the case 6 years ago, when I could sleep in for hours. It’s alarming to see what 6hrs of sleep for a week do to you since I’m usually only getting 5-6hrs of sleep each day. I’ll just wake up naturally. After 4 hrs sleep I wake up, totally awake and happy, my mind just doesn’t want to sleep anymore. Then after 1hr or 2, I may sleep another hour to 11/5 hrs. Would love to sleep for 7 hrs, just won’t happen. Nice reminder.

But as I become older This is my scary quilter costume Halloween shirt I observe that sleep has also become elusive and shorter than before. I hope I can have some tips on how to have at least 6 hours a day sleep. Thanks. Only recently some stressful events unfolded and I’m back to having short sleep cycles. I have tried going to bed at the regular time, it just doesn’t happen, even though I am so tired. I have tried relaxations, listing to meditation techniques, all sort of things. I don’t have caffeine but still, suffer from bad anxiety. He is probably talking a lot of sense. But it really doesn’t help to hear things like this when you’re already suffering from anxiety and worry as now you worry about what he’s just said. Great.
