Pens fan here, very sorry for your loss of your grandma. Your Caps played the best playoff year ever and deserved the Stanley Cup. If only she were around to witness Ovi playing the best hockey of his career and excelling in a cup final. He was a lifelong Phildelphia Phillies fan. Two months after he died, his team won the World Series. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about him. I imagine it went like this in a conversation with God “my daughter and more importantly my granddaughter wants the Caps to win the cup, make it happen”.
