About a year after we divorced I put my foot down Jesus took naps be like Jesus shirt. (In that entire first year he only actually saw her about 7 times) I told him that he could either follow the schedule which includes giving me 24-hour notice of his intent to see her or he could go back to court and try to get the judge to change to a schedule that he liked better. It’s been 6 years now. If your custody agreement doesn’t specify a very detailed schedule my advice is to go back to court and get that added. Then hold him to it. If he doesn’t bother seeing his child then that’s on him.
