I was in deep doo-doo the day I fell while carrying my I’m on Santa’s gneiss list sweatshirt. I didn’t fall as much as dived and the Kobo got it’s first (and last) flying lesson. Unfortunately, it flew before it knew how to land and I had to buy her another. She forgave me when I re-loaded her books on the new one. That’s love for you. When I get bored, I relax and enjoy myself. I do the activities that feel comfortable, and let me rest, and open my mind. I take this boredom and stretch my thoughts, take away attention from work, do less rote activities, and constrain any non-sensible thoughts. I feel boredom serves a good reflective purpose, on working evaluations, achievements, and recognition.
