I’m tired of seeing common core being trashed. It is not good or bad math, old or new Happy Father’s day to the best dog dad shirt. It is different than the skill and drill we were used to, but most parents( some do which is awesome but very few) don’t do flashcards, understand ten pairs, etc at home so teachers are forced to use these ways for kids to understand in the limited time they have them at school.

I teach 6th-grade math and the biggest difference I have seen since the common core “change” if the drastically different family is dynamic and supports Happy Father’s day to the best dog dad shirt.
