Sadly, Nick Briggs hates the show and its cast, so we’ll never see it. He said recently that if it was ever brought to BF, he’d never use the tv cast because he thinks they’re all terrible…so really, what’s the point? I love Briggs, but he really pretty much hates everything these days.

That’s unfortunate, I hadn’t heard that. I’d be hoping for as many of the original cast as possible. I need Flamingo today I’m just flamazing shirt. Some changes would obviously have to be made (Julius and so on) but I wouldn’t want a complete recast. How exciting! Some of the best Doctor Who stories have come from Big Finish! I am there! All I can say is this. If you are new to BF and are wanting to tune in, make sure you listen to Spare Parts. It’s one of the best stories BF has ever done.

Disappointing that these audio adventures weren’t adapted for the big screen. The writing often exceeds what we see on the show, especially with CC turning Who into EastEnders. OK, here’s a thing I’m curious about.
