My dad suggested this 30 years ago and wrote to Shell with details of how it could work. The reply was “not practical” yet now several efforts seem to be very practical. I agree Ryan totally agree with you. But like any disease, we are only attacking a symptom and ignoring the disease that could ultimately prove fatal.
