So awesome to see my team finally win the Stanley Cup! Sharks fan here, I wanted to say congrats Capitals. You guys have had a heck of a season. Congrats on winning you are first ever Stanley Cup! It must feel nice winning your first Stanley Cup ever in franchise history. When the season started I obviously wanted the Sharks to win the Cup but it didn’t happen. Hopefully next time. I do want to congratulate Alex Ovechkin on winning his first ever Stanley Cup Championship.  He played very well in these playoffs. He deserves it. Hopefully, Joe Thornton gets a Cup soon. Both guys have been in the league for a while. Both are very great players.

My dream cup finals have always been Sharks and 2018 Stanley Cup Champions Mickey Washington Capitals shirt. I hope we get to see it one day, Sharks fan here too. This was beautiful. Second, I would like to see Thornton hoist a cup one day, he is a great player. Kings fan here and I have to totally agree with you about knocking off Vegas and shutting their obnoxious fans up. Maybe this will humble them a bit too. Also, I was rooting for you guys too playing them. I love how many Sharks fans are on here. I can’t wait for the day that we all get to celebrate the Sharks winning the most beautiful trophy in the world. I just hope we don’t have to wait 40 years. Caps fan here, and since I live on the opposite end of the country, I haven’t met many sharks fans, but you all seem to have good class and sportsmanship. I thank you for the support and wish you all good luck next year.

Kings fan here, think we can both agree we’re happy Vegas lost for obvious reasons! And we’re both glad Ovi finally got the last 2 pieces of hardware he needed to further cement his legacy. You won’t be back. After the NHL gifted you all those players, and a Stanley Cup winning goalie, many will seek higher salaries and go elsewhere. Prepare to be a true expansion team next year. Congrats Caps from a Habs fan! You guys deserve that after not being able to beat Pittsburgh for many years lol but I wish Barry Trots was our coach, I hate the politics of our team yet I still try to be hopeful. Vegas thought they had this game won huh? Well, capitals proved yet again why they’re the best team in the NHL.
